Darren,

I had laser eye surgery coming up on 2 years now. It is the best investment so far in my life !!!!!

Not sure of the quality that Bangkok has to offer in this type of surgery but my personal advice is that you make sure the doctor has at least over 500 surgeries as for experience.

I hope you have been prepared for your surgery by being prep such as: Eye imaging and consultations for pre and post operations.

Not sure how it works in Bangkok but it should not be a one day thing where you walk in and have it done right there on your 1st visit.

I also advice that you stay indoors for at least a couple of days before you go outside.

This is SURGERY not band aid that you stick on after.

If your so concern about your eyes then I hope you are careful in your research before surgery and care after your surgery.

Good luck and wish you the best.

If you like more information please feel free to pm me.

Shamu... Thinking about it, my friend had to have someone accompany him to the hospital, to take him home afterwards as he could not see for a while, as he had pads on his eyes. As King said, you should check all this stuff out. It is your eyesight after all. The thought of it scares the life out of me.

best thing i ever did was have it done. got rid of the annoying glasses. was a bit blurry for the first 4-5 days. but after that was great. just make sure you keep to after surgery check ups to check on eyes healing.
