Lastly is Class A Cig's at about 12:30 they used to play straight forward indie rock a bit like post punk

but now they have a new drummer so they have become very progressive.

There is no cover for this event so please come and cheer on the artists for the efforts to add some creativity

in Bangkok urban life.

Might be worth a look.

I popped into Bangkok Rocks once before, and was a bit disappointed. The seats were annoying, the plain white floor and walls are devoid of any atmosphere, and while the band could certainly play, their play list was very cliched and boring, basically the same few songs you here every time you go into a bar here.

Will give it another try though.

This is not a normal night at Bangkok Rocks but rather a special one night party. None if the bands will play any "cliched and boring" covers. You wont hear "Your just to good to be true cant take my eyes off of you"

nor will you hear "Zombie Zombie uh uh uh" and sorry even if you request it i dont think anybody will play

Great songs, but I'd enjoy them more if I heard them less often.

Anyway, I'll probably pop down and have a listen.

Ok the Event is over. It was a great night albiet quite shy of Tf presence there were about 80 people there.

I would like to thank Hobbs for not only showing up but also for bringing friends including girls that got bouncing up and down with the dance section. I quite enjoyed that and all the cheers and support everyone in the audience gave us. Alternatve music events happen in Bangkok but not every night. If you intereseted in attending send me a mail and i will inform you of the next one:)
