Other than making the company look more beautiful or possibly being able to convince men to buy more than they would from a man why is the requirement that the applicant be a woman? Is it possibly because they think they can pay less for a woman than a man? In Thailand where do ladyboys fall for purposes of these ads?

I know someone will say they are looking for a gf or to cheat on their wife, but please get your mind out of the gutter.

Well, for me, if I think I'm sufficient for the job I will apply anyway though if myself don't meet all requirements they mentioned such as Master Degree only etc.

As my experienced working with male sales...mostly they are good in presentation but not really about deep details such a paper work ..preparing documents or those what she mentioned to...maybe it suit a female more than a male? just an idea!

Again, This is Thailand. It's absolutely lawful to discriminate in many ways, especially when it comes to employments. You are required to put specific details about yourself include your photos. Chance is if your working profile is not quite slamming, your good look will booking you jobs. Luckily I'm in the field that it don't matter what gender you are. Thailand has a long way to go when it comes to equality.
