How I can get my degree if I cannot publish my paper it is a requiment here in thailand univ.

Fay ; can be very difficult to get published sometimes, depending on what the subject matter is, how many others are submitting in the same field or on the same subject and, of course, how good your article is. Reviewers wil NOT steal your ideas (or if they do it is so rare I have not heard of it) All submissions have to be peer reviewed - it is not just an editorial decision, but a decision of anywhere from 2 - 5 people who will rate your submission.

Is perfectly acceptable to send to as many journals as you want, but you must state that, if the article is accepted, they must confirm with you first; you do not want 2 journals publishing same article.

Also look at online journals; many academic bodies/organisations are now using e-format instead of paper, so do your research on who might be interested in your work, then e mail them a brief summary of your findings etc along with a brief sample excerpt. Then send full article to those who have expressed interest.
