Congressman Ed Markey, who heads up one of the Congressional committees investigating what went wrong in the Gulf spoke with John Dickerson on the misconceptions between the initial estimates of how much oil was actually coming out.

The spill is overwhelming and mans helplessness is a huge sign he shouldn't be doing it. I really thought Kostners water filter would be used. They could have helped and even collected oil as the filters separate oil from the water?? How can they excuse not using something that is exactly what they need?
