Bruce551 Posted November 11, 2009 Report Share Posted November 11, 2009 Anonymous, i believe from the size of the plot and others of its kind in the area that it will be a drab building with no greenery and small apartments that will be rented at obscene prices only to japanese (because the japanese won't accept living with anyone else), who will exist apart from the community. a little bit of a tokyo slum right in one of the most beautiful corners of Bangkok. we have several of these ugly "japanese-only" buildings in the neighborhood already (along with lots of japanese-only hostess bars). and i'm sure it will be called something like the "Thonglor Regency" or some other such nonsense.
