Well, a good portion of these foods is out of my reach because it is either too spicy or already in good shape too "rotten" for me. generally, I think that if you eat in frequented places, you will minimize the danger of being food-poisoned as they have to prepare freshly and nothing is sitting there for too long. As I said in another thread, until now, I never got any problems and I am confident that it will keep on like this!

Yes, I'm pretty sure hanging meats in the hot sun with flies all over them isn't going to win you any health safety awards :-)
