Man arrested for masturbating in BTS Siam station

Yesterday, Lumpini police arrested Sang Kattiya, a 36-year-old Phayao man, for committing a lewd act at BTS Siam station.

The arrest followed an incident on May 27 in which Sang had allegedly masturbated while lining up behind a woman to get on a train. The female victim told police that Sang had ejaculated onto her calf. The woman became aware of Sang’s leavings when the train approached Rachadamri BTS station. It was there that Sang escaped from the transit system, evading capture.

However, Sang returned to Siam station the next morning. BTS officers instantly detained him before handing him over to Lumpini police. Sang admitted to the previous day’s lewd behavior, offering as justification the argument that he could not resist the victim’s beauty.

Sang will face charges relating to the lewd act, Dailynews reported.
