so i will be in thailand for approx 3 weeks....and i have no real plans. i think what im going to do though...is as i fly into bkk....i dont think ill spend much time there when i first get there. im going to head up to chaing mai, and then i'll see what happens, or what i run into:)

anyone going to be there at or around that time? (travellers). anyone who is from thailand, and would love to meet up, and show a new guy around that ould be very nice, and very funtoo im sure:) i would love to meet some new people to hike around with...and to hang out with. so let me know.

You're going to love it up there in CM. I have to admit, I did the totally touristy travel thing...afternoon riding elephants in the hills as the locals dressed for the show, took a leisurely raft ride down the river, where more locals tried to sell me stuff, then took a ride on an ox-drawn cart, with a fine view of elephants and local sales people. But I loved it! Top the day off with a long walk around what is unquestionably the best night-market in Thailand, and it made for a pretty good time. Have a great trip! Be sure to post some pics.
