MichaelGray
Soi dogs often cause me great amusement. There's a mongrel Basset that visits a bar on Lad Phrao most evenings and scrounges food off the customers, except he brought his own bag of somtam one evening. I mean, what does it say about a restaurant's food when stray dogs bring their own? This past week I've had another "Soi dog moment" when I have walked past a couple of dogs I see every day only to hear one barking at me. So I turn around and he cranes his neck a full 180 degrees to look at the other dog, behind him, as if to say, "It was him!". I've got loads of these - so must you lot... Inspector Clouseau - "I thought you said your dog didn't bite?", Answer: "But thats not my dog!"
The Punisher
I used to live in the On Nut area. There were a lot of Soi dogs there. Most days you could see them walking down the street in packs between 5 and 6pm on their way to Nana or Soi Cowboy. Occassionally one would disappear; I guess picked up by a new owner and given a nice home.
