We have a three story three bedroom house very new with one room for rent. No deposit rent month to month. House is furnished however room is not only has a closet with mirrors that we purchased when we moved in. Need to be a laid back person. We are not against partying in the house but we ussually go out for this. We have cable tv in the living room and two refrigerators and many other things like washer and the stuff nobody really wants to buy but everyone needs to use. What else um....we have a dog. This is a security gated community mostly thai except for us. The room does not have AC this would have to be installed we would be willing to split the cost of an AC unit. If AC is not an issue bring a fan. Has a kitchen with cooking facity. Has motor bikes from security gate to take you to Lat Prao road for 15 baht. Easy access to Ratchadaphisek Road. Each room has a bathroom with shower (no hot water heater). Quite neighborhood.
