Bruce551
http://www.stillmadeinusa.com/ Nice to see that the folks back home still make few things. Getting tired of "WallMart" and "CosCo" mentality. This site was mentioned in the NY Times. Amazing what one person can do.
Loburt
Just took a quick look. It's actually quite cool. Good for her.
sunsnow
Ok, even homemade website could be "a bit" better looking. Oh that horrible red star and the colors. brrrr, I mean, soccer mums can use some color selector tool to make bit more friendlier colors. I don't mean horrible flash animations etc but just uhh, something with bit more style. (Well, the page sure is made in the Usa, reminds me of American cars ;) Ok, maybe the content style looks naive by intention... Other than that: the content seems to be good. Same kind of web page could be made in any country. Good idea. Hmm I remember that Wrangler and Esprit also used to be proud to be American. Especially Esprit with it's worker rights etc...Guess those times are long gone now... I also actually looked and noticed that BOSTITCH, it for sure has some production in USA when it comes to fasteners, is missing there...Well, it is a division of Stanley Works which was hit with FTC fine... Here we have for example have had a sign of goods and service made in Finland for 95 years already. But I think such page would work here too, user generated/contributed content etc.
