I'll be moving to BKK on the 30th of may and since I'll be spending quite a long time in BKK I think it's very important I learn Thai. I expect to pay for my lessons of course. Something else I think that is important is learning about Thai culture. I figure since I'm being allowed into BKK I should at least respect the country and it's people enough by learning about them. I've obviously read a bunch of stuff on the net about Thai culture, but nothing compares to learning from someone who is a part of it first hand. Anyway, that's what I'd hope for. I'd like to become fairly fluent or at least as close as I possibly could. That is about it. Cheers! And thanks ahead of time for any responses I get.
