MSI tower soi 36 for studio apartment is 5000 baht per month, close to Thong Lo BTS. Another guest house a stone throw away from Thon Lo is Buri http://www.buribandb.in.th/ Great place bit more expensive, close to Emporium and Phrom Pong BTS: http://www.housebythepond.com/ President Park has some cheaper studios and great facilities close to Phrom Pong.
