Any additional features are almost certainly superfluous and could even be damaging. I am reminded of the classic Thai family run beach resort. Problem is, everyone then jumps on top and competition means either making a better product than the other, or added value with extra bells and whistles, or cut costs and overheads, or make people dream and aspire to 'better'... or all of them combined. :roll: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
