Hi, buddies! I've been quite busy these weeks. I went to Beijing, China for the first time in my life. The food were excelent, massage was quite good, a bit expensive though. And it was my first business trip that I didn't speak English for diccussion at all!! All of my counterpart in Tsinghua University are graduate of Japanese universities, so they speak perfect japanese!!
last night, I was asked to make presentation of my experience in Indonesia and Thailand at university. The event was titled ASEAN evening, the opportunity to share knowledge and experience among international students from ASEAN countries studying at Tokyo tech. There were many students from the Philippines, Indoensia, Vietnam and of course from Thailand.
There were presentation by each country, but only Thai students make presentation as drama play. The most interesting entertainment. one T

All the late night TV programs in Japan are about Winter Olympic game at Torino, Italy. Japanese athletes haven't got any medel yet.

(Nor sure this article is on international edition) They integrated the result of the research by ICAO(under UN), IATA, FAA, etc and put their own ranking of safetiness of the airflight.

When I visited BKK last week, I show off some Thai people that I can recite full name of BKK. But, to my dissapointment, it didn't seem to inspire them because they didn't recognize whether I recited correctly or not. Their reaction were not like when I recited the national anthem or à ¾Å§ÊÃÃà ÊÔ³¾ÃúÒÃÃÕ. Oh, I wasted time again...
I got back to Tokyo cold city again. it was quite a rushing biz trip and no time even just to check TF!! OMG. Now i'm still struggling with making reports and preparing for next trip (Yikes!!).

As I told you some of you, I am on the business trip to BKK. It's like hell that I don't have free time at all even I am in BKK. wake up 7 AM and finish all apointments evening followed by dinner with some VIPs. after that I come back to my room in hotel, writing report and prepare documents for next day....
nothing ... nothing for my personal activities in BKK.... (ToT)
I must go back to Japan day after tomorrow....anyway i can say that i enjoyed the warm weather in B
it's snowing from this morning in Tokyo!! I just woke up and surprised to see the world in white.
....but i have to drive a car to carry my stuff and furniture to my room...... just pray for me not to get any accident na ja!!
As you know, room rent in Tokyo is much worse than Bangkok. I'm sure it's in worst 10 cities in the world.
My room is 1room with unit bath (toilet and bath tub with shower, all made of plastic) and kitchen with no furniture. 11 sqm all together. Room rent is 60,000 JPY/month (22,000THB/m). Have to pay 2 months for new contract and deposit 2month, that means 240,000 yen (88,000THB) extra when move in. After 2 years contract, have to pay 1 month extra for renew contract, if you want to stay more

I jst saw TV news show telling that the word "kawaii" became one the most popular JP words in the world. I just doubt it, but they show many celebrities, singers using this word in their interview.
Is it so popular in Thailand? Do you like to be called "kawaii" , ladies?
