i try to make it to gym at imback’s office building , soi suk 13 twice a week. What I doing there is swimming. I like swimming pool here as it’s on 6th floor, big and quiet ( my gym on Vibhavadi has nice swimming pool as well but much more smaller and moreover, imback’s gym is free (for me) shhh..
As usual, last Sat I went there with these as my energizer.

I, finally, saw the movie. And just like everyone here and movies critics i read said .. its a great fun movie which kept me sit excited through 3 hrs long till end. And once again that I clapped my hands in the cenima (last time was in James Bond 007, casino loyale ) when the thick skin (look like) rhinos come out beat those robots and troopers while Neytiri has decided to fight back instead of run as Jake told her. I was glad when imback told me that she will cook dinner for her friend welcome his visit from Berlin and she also asked if she could use my kitchen facilities. I was more than welcome to let her produce something delicious only condition I asked her in return was she must let me join and she said ok. I normally go to this beauty salon near office just for wash my hairs (don’t set it ), so it would take about 10 mins to get done.

Belly dancing instructor gave me a comment (complement) that my body got firmed and me look slimmer. Actually, I also lost some kg weight.

I found her since last couple weeks with 2 eggs which normally she would give only one. She uses the old nest which she made it together with the hub 2 or 3 years ago. Now the eggs are hatched and 2 little birds are come out. T

I practised vegetarian this year, started from 17-27 of Oct. I use 'practise' because its required a very strong discipline as I still live my life daily around with people who eat tasty normal foods while eating is my passion. So having dry-vegies-tofu lunch at work so tortured to me. When at home I ate rice - deep fried peanuts and sause which was fine, soya milk and some snacks went well for me also.
