First of all, I would like to thank you Cateinbkk to organize this event for me, I appreciated. We started from sushi at Heiroku sushi restaurant. As it was rained traffics jammed everywhere, I took more than 1 hour to reach Central World. So, the ‘sushi’ party started a bit late.

Im sick. Actually, I felt unwell since Sunday after got back from lunch, drove through heavy rain plus air-con in car hit me, I guessed ! I was always a little bit proud of myself that I don’t easy get cold / fever. I credit my effort to go to gym regularly and continuously for many years. But this time I lost (to a fever) I felt throatsore on Sunday night, then I took a pill but in the morning my voice gone (replaced by sexy duckie voice – my own term ) But I didn’t get fever only find it
Sister woke up me at 6.20 by knocked the door of my bed room and say "Happy birthday to you, go get ready its Sunday there will be busy at the temple " I said thank you, but May i have just 10 mins more sleep its still early. She said "No" I prepared my "merit baskets" since last night so, when i got ready things were ready in my car.

There have many things I like in this picture indescribable. I like the matching colors of their shirts. I felt the love and care amongst family members (assumed). Unfortunately, they stopped the bike in front of my car on RAMA 9 intersection, then they got caught (by my hello moto)..

Last weekend, I got virus attacted me, people (friends and family ) who were online in my list have recieved messages from me saying : Hey, I just found our funny pics somewhere in my computer, have a look or something similar. Then there have zip file name myfotoxxx06 followed, then my msn gone frozen. Eventhough, i m not a kind of chit chat fun person but I still want to have my msn on. I was tried to created new account last night, it was spreaded to my new msn account as well. I used Norton

I was always hesitated and refused when sister asked me joined her trip to practise meditation at the Dhamma Place, Saraburi ( Note : I dont know what to define the place in English where they preach about Dhamma Meditation practise (Êӹѡ»®ÔºÑµÔ¸ÃÃÃ). There are not called / registered as temple but more sounds like Dhamma Practise Place, organized by the monks and nuns. But this year, I asked her to bring me there, why? As I can remember, I never stayed away from any of my family members longer than one week. When sister told me that she has to work at company branch in Lumpoon for two weeks and will be like this every month until the situation ( of her company branch ) get better.

I blamed those parties that had me run around town to attend and got back home fulled & drunk twice a week / every week and at least 4 months continously.My standard weight i set for myself is in between 54 - 56 kg. if count from max. of my (wide) standard weight range, i gained 3 kg. extra or 5 kg. from min.
