first, a while ago, you said ppl talk bad or do bad things to other bcoz they r jealous.

lastly, in buffoo's jrl, u said ppl gossip coz they lack of sth that others have.

maybe bcoz u r a guy, that's why u think different from me.

maybe it's your way to set whatever disturbing you aside.

maybe it's the way to protect yourself from being hurt?

maybe it's a leap to a peace of mind.

and so forth...

but dear dear dear.....

people dont nescessarily throw **** to other coz of jealousy.

some ppl just simply deserve that.

some ppl just unconsciously ask for that.

some ppl just dont like others for no reason.

some ppl just have bad chemistry btw each other.

and ppl gossip not becoz the lack of self qualities.

they gosspi coz they just simply dont like each other.

they gosspi coz the love being nosy.

they gossip coz it's carelessly fun.

they gossip coz they r unethical.

they gossip coz it's easier to trash down others than to admit their own failure.

they gossip coz it's theraputic.

they gossip coz it makes them feel better than other or feel good about themselves.

they gossip to catch up with their environment.

and so on...

MY POINT IS!...

when we encounter such a situation like that, being targetted.

we dont need to find reason to go about it by comparing ourselves with those who talk bad about us.

leave them aside!

dun have to make ourselves feel better by hypnotizing ourselves that they lack of good qualities or coz they are jealous...

coz if we do that, we'll never fully liberate ourselves from this kind of situation...it'll just gonna be a self-lie.

no, no...there will be no battle here. Jane and I are too good of friends to fight over something like this... but I will say...

your two points above..."they gossip coz it's easier to trash down others than to admit their own failure" and "they gossip coz it makes them feel better than other or feel good about themselves" is exactly what i was trying to say.

yes, i know that i repeted what you said...coz they arealso reasons for ppl to gossip...but my point is, there are other reasons for ppl to gossip...it's not nescessarily to be only these two...and all in all, we dont need to compare ourselves or make ourselves feel better about it by telling ourselves that those who gossip us are jealous or poor at heart...coz that's basically a repetition of the same psyche.

oh, and i apologize for getting on you nerves. i'm sorry.

jane, i agree...there are other reasons why people gossip... but usually when i make my comments about gossips and jealousy, it is because someone has been hurt by someone else talking about them...and i'm trying to give some positive encouragement to make them feel better. nothing more, nothing less.
