I have been arranging my 'explore KL' trip, with 3 friends from yoga class. Dates set on Apr 6-8, flying with MA , USD 30-35 / night hotel room rate are 4 on list for choosing, everything seemed going on planed.

But I have to cancell all as a girl in team found out that her bowel cancer which has been cured and operated two years ago is found again with more worst as cancer spreaded to her liver already.

Doctor says something real sad for how long she can lives with and without re-operation, she decided to just leave it and asking me arrange trip to Japan or Switzerland instead (.. but ..err..how can i tell her that it s not easy for me..for travelling to those countries .. )

She is nice , funny , hard working and very strong girl, still go to work and gym regularly and also going out on date with her bf.

I really dont know how can I deal with it , if happened to me.

OK, THIS IS SERIOUS MATTER SO NO JOKING..FEW SUGGESTIONS FOR UR FRIEND.

Tell your friend try substituting the lower fibre foods in her diet for the high fibre alternatives to the left. Increasing fruit, vegetables and fibre in diet can reduce the risk of some bowel cancer. high fibre diet is particularly recognised for reducing the risk of constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and for helping combat bowel cancer. Maintaining a healthy weight is very important to help to combat bowel cancer.

After she is diagnosed with bowel cancer, she firstly need to have tests to determine the size of the cancer tumour, its position and whether it has spread. She should ask her consultant for "Duke?s Staging" examination. They will probably have her blood test to check her general health, and possibly a CT (x-ray) or MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan that enables the doctors to look at the cancer tumour in more detail.

You have to show love and strength in these terminal situations (which it appears to be without further treatment).Tough stuff but a high quality of life can still be enjoyed by your friend.

Kus, bad news for your friend and also for u. Because I know u care. Try to give her still a good life for the time she"s still here. I know the feeling and I know that there's nothing u can do than be strong and cheer her up
