Last night was the first of hopefully many art exhibitions that I organised at the bar I manage in London. I was a bit worried as it was the first one so I did not know how well it would work out. I have put lots of energy organising it with no help from anyone I work  with as the other manager who has been at my bar longer than me thought it was going to be a waste of time, but I convinced our boss we had nothing to lose by trying.

As it turned out was a total success, 10 times better than I imagined.  The artists all got work commissioned and it helped promote my bar as the new place for people to show art in the future and also our busiest night for a long time.

It was so busy I did not finish work till 5am and I had to be back at work for 11am, so now I am relaxing at home very tired but feeling good about the success of the night.

I will sleep happy tonight
