The Thai authorities, at their own discretion, can ban you from reentering Thailand indefinitely for that infraction. Just so you know not to make a habit of it.

definitely banned to reentry the country unless u got connection or u dont wanna come back here anymore

can they refuse entry?last year stay about 8 days over,could not get flight was on standby,was planning to go back this year for a month

Last time I over stayed I got charged B100 per day. I over stayed by 3 days. the immigration official was very nice about it.
