Paradise..

The weekend in Arendal was great..

A lot of "eartingling" blues and jazz all around the town senter.

On sunday we went out to "Maerdoe" island for "playing in the water" jazz..

And that was like coming to Paradise, mostly because of the weather..

It is probably hard to emagine for someone who is living in nice clima, but when it is finally "hot summer" her in Norway, everybody is just so happy and have to go out and have fun..

The downside is that it would only last for a few weeks, so it is important to enjoy at full when it is like this..

I think Norway is most known for the midnight sun and the fjords, but as a Norwegian, nothing can beat the senery along the south costline. It is just breath-taking to sail very slowly in the "waterways" between a lot of islands in any sice.. On many of them are the old houses to fishermans and Captains of the great sailing ships, who travelled the oceans in present times..

It is hard to explain..

It just makes me feel so alive and happy after a day out in the "Skjaergaard"..

The salt sea air is so good and refreshing! :-)

Have to go out to sea this weekend also..

My prinsesse doughter is coming, so this will be a weekend to play in the sun and sea..
