oh! an aftereffect from going to bed late last night is "sleepy".  well, actually 1am is not that late but problem is having get up at 6 o'clock next morning as it is still working day is torturing me. OMG my eyes nearly close, talking on phone for business issue doesn't work anymore and don't even think about response on an email (but what difference between reading and answering email compare to putting my journal in TF - oh! it's not right T_T) better take a nap after lunch then. Just got a confimation from my headoffice that I don't need to do a weekly marketing call to HO to discuss on what's happening anymore but do it with your manager locally - that's sound worse (oops!) haha. Zzzzzz

what i like to do........ is go to the toilet. not for the usual business, put the seat lid down and just sit down and relax for about 10 minutes. Then go back have a coffee and it's like the start of a new day. By coffee I mean at least 2 espresso shots
