Dear Chris,

Thanks for your letter which raises many issues. I wonder if you may wish to resubmit your concerns, specifically keeping in mind your contract with Anglo. If you are happy for your current letter to stand then we can move the process to the next level during this week.

This would involve Ivor, myself and you having an informal chat about the contents of your letter and other matters we may wish to introduce into the exchange of views.

i will not be re-submitting my letter of complaint. it can stand how it is because it demonstrates perfectly my frustration with this matter. maybe my letter could be worded better but i think it would not show my true feeling if i change the wording. so please set up a meeting as soon as is convenient for yourself and ivor and we can dicuss the matter further.
