First headache then sorethroat (my bad, I should have finish the medicines). I have been taking pills again and again but seem headache never gone... Now they even give me medicine for migraine argghhh and it doesn't help me anything. Plus I got stomachache just now. Headache is annoying. It's not normal for me to have it for few days in a row. It didn't happen for awhile, no! I'm not happy to have it back. Actually I never been to see doctor, probably it's a time. I can't be sick!! I've to be all well quickly but this damn headache is killing me!! Is it possible to be just a bad PMS?

I have a friend who have had headaches for about one year now. She has been to many doctors and they never tell her what her problem is, just give her a lot of medicin... But nothing helps.

If you feel scared by your headaces, you should get a MIR scan of your brain to check if something is wrong. It's a bit expensive though. About 13.000 thb at bnh hospital... But anyway, if you want to see a doctor about your problem, you should go to one of the good hospitals and pay a little extra to get a doctor who will listen to you and who can tell you what you should or shouldn't do about it.

I can get bad headaches too, usually caused by not drinking enough water, drinking too much beer , not eating properly, too much stress IE working long hours, i have even had a really bad headache from sex that paralised me for 24 hours but thats another story lol

I usually take some strong pain killers and relax in a hot tub (i know not everyone in thailand has a hot tub) a hot shower might do the same trick im not sure. Also get some water inside you or orange juice.

Agree with Breakofdawning, you need another holiday...hehe....and no alcohol, just stick with water for awhile(because alcohol dehydrates your brain).

bin 389 is await this coming friday... no wine if headache.. so I have to be all well for that. Of course, for work too.

Try drinking more water (mineral type) and maybe you are calcium deficient too (it wouldn't hurt to take some). This always seems to help me...

It's probably a parasitic infection of some type.

apart from can't sleep well, only less than 3 hours (guess I slept too much yesterday?), I'm pretty ok now.. and will be ready to go to work in 30 mins.
