 I must admit when I first saw the video I was like WTF? She is actually walking down the street with very little on, with very little rise out of the folks around her. Then finally she's standing there in the middle of the sidewalk butt naked even then theres not too much people reaction...

It's the price of freedom though- people have a right to do stupid things (well maybe not public nudity.)
