Just a start
Ok lots of you read my other journal a few days ago so I don't need to go in to that again. Well I still haven't had a drink (thats not easy when you run and live in a bar but I will beat this one), I have started eating better and have spoken to a friend who is now a personal trainer who is going to sort me out a program to fit in to my lifestyle. Well I actually feel a but run down but I did work very long hours all weekend and have been suffering with insomnia. Still feeling positive about the future and have decided to address my surroundings and deal with some of my home issues. One of the people I live with is always eating my food so I spoke to him and explained I am trying to get healthy and its unacceptable for him to eat my fresh food as when I finish work all the shops are shut. It may sound silly but it I sometimes do 18 hour shifts and generally work 80 plus hours a week, this guy only works about 2 days a week so you can see why its not on. Anyway if I can just tackle one thing every day that is upsetting the balance in my life then I think I will start to be more positive and healthy. Haven't bought my bike yet will go looking tomorrow on my day off work
