I would like to insert picture from my folder.... but, in menu, it requires URL.... ammm...... no idea..... 

The "URL" is the address on the computer where your photo is stored. You should upload your photo to a site like photobucket.com and then copy and paste the code into your Insert Picture window. Good luck!!
