My thesis almost done.... my book was approved... only one I can't get through now is my abstract. I hired translation center to translate from Thai to English and hrrr.... again **** always happened..The guy who taking care of the format of my book put the wrong abstract to my university language center. The one that he sent was my translation.Actually, it has 2 pages, but I didn't show another page cuz it looks ok no red mark at all.So if I just fix those and I can get approve... I think why the hell I paid 700 baht for the translation center.

but this computer assisted instruction doesn't make for train the international employees. at least I didn't created it to use for the international employees... It's in Thai, only for Thai employees who can read Thai.

"The Effectiveness of Computer Assisted Instruction in Training Bumrungrad International Employees on Infection Control in the Hospital" - this title indicates that it is an investigation into the effectiveness of the programme...

or

"The Effective Use of Computer Assisted Instruction in Training Bumrungrad International Employees on Infection Control in the Hospital" - this title indicates that it is an instructional document showing HOW TO make the programme effective...

If I understand you correctly, it is a thesis exploring the effectiveness of the training of the employees in a particular process - so probably the first version above is correct.

The company name should be capitalised, as you have done, but it is awkward and probably incorrect to say "The Infection Control..." in this context, so I suggest deleting "The".

I hope I have captured the title you really mean in context - your original title could also be very slightly modified to read as below if you prefer:

"The Effectiveness of Using Computer Assisted Instruction for Bumrungrad International Employees Training on Infection Control in the Hospital" - this is equally valid, and closer to your original if you prefer.
