we are very lucky.... please maintain it and help the others to get some....

In this kind of conversation I use to say that we are not lucky, it is not our fault if we were born in situation without problems or poverty.

... luck it means something you are given and it is yours, end of the story. While I prefer to think about myself as somebody who life provided with enough tools to do something to help others to share a bit of my wealth and happiness. That is how I chose my work.
