Some of you know that i am a business brokerage for American company. Now i am in phuket branch. which i had one client that i was working with for long time. Show him and his gf business around Island. and After that i went to Koh samui branch for temporary replacement one month. When i came back. They purchase one business behind us. which make my boss here was so angry.

Not enough, They open business ; same kind of what my company doing. and You know what? He rent an office space next to us, one block!!!

We keep looking at them, Today. They put the sign on hm.........I just can't see the point since he bought that restaurant behind my back. coz as he is a buyer, he doesn't need to pay anything for me. Commission is Seller paying us. He shouldn't do like that.

I am buddist, so. i beleive that you shouldn't start business with walked on people like this and what is the point to open same business as us! BESIDE us.. What a people!

Normally when i am angry like this. I alway find myself the way to relax. The result is as below ;

PS : the other reason make me moody. he copied even the company name ; starting by "sun...."grrrrrrrrr

If the economics is a problem surely they will have a problem competing against an an established business.

That's the nature of business. It could get ugly and of course, not personal.
