 Fear to me isn't a snake, ghost, death by drowning or the view from a great height...some of these things scare me...but the real fear is if the world was to be overrun by the  'ignorants' and 'narrowminded' who still hold their beliefs with such passion and hatred...

Interesting too as the fear can be from both sides; a fear of the unknown coupled with ignorance is what lies behind many neo-nazis psyches, while the imagery of the neo-nazi thug can strike fear into those he targets.

Iain - thanks for the comments - great title...a real thought provoker!! Much of the world's fears are fuelled by ignorance unfortunately.
