I am happy to be back in Phnom Penh after a busy time in BKK. I found my condo! and I am so relieved. I can move in on June 15 and it is exactly what I am looking for. The gym looks seldom used, the pool is clean, and the condo is walking distance from work! Yes! After my 4 years in Cambodia I am stoked to be able to walk to work!

 I feel like the luckiest person in the world! I am also happy to be back into the routine at the gym. I mean I love red wine and the disco, but I have to be responsible and focus on my art and career. Plus, I feel better when I work out and don't drink. Interestingly I get along better and do  better and more creative work when I am not drinking. Strange. In any case I am thrilled to be arriving in the Menjai area / Pracha utit road on June 15. Wish me luck!
