A boy toy would be a male that a female only wants for sexual favors. I've never heard of the term toy boy but my best guess would be a blow-up dole that has male organs.

A toy boy is a male partner who is a lot younger than the female...

As far as I know,a Toy Boy is a male partner that a female takes in ,can be paid or unpaid,to satisfy her sexual desires with out getting into a real love.

Many older ladies take a Toyboy to satisfy themselves,maybe their husbands,can't do.

Maybe the husband is away for extended periods or for what ever reasons.

And not only younger but some one normally that needs the same out let of having companionship.

In the UK it is just what Ian says a younger partner for a lady.

wait till the "kik" "gik" dilemma will arise!!
