I have been downloading movies with Torrent. The downloads finished well but when I play it with windows media player....sometimes have video but no sound and sometimes have sound but no video. Can anyone help me with this. Am I downloading incorrectly or do I need to play it with another video player ?????

Try to use VLC player it is much better or have a look at the pull-down menu for video and sound in media player; there may be two sound channels and you may need to select the alternative one...

I use DivX.

DivX does not have the same range of codecs as VLC which can play anything I have tried on it so far.

try doing it sober.........?

Looks like a codec problem.Using VLC player is the solution but i find VLC a bit blunt.KmPlayer is also good.
