I have been holding my work as a Sales Executive for long year...first.9 months every thing runnig good about our Sales Team's benefit but somehow few months ago....we missed some benefit about THB 10,000 a month....so...should i try to find out another working place...???Now, every working day seem to be quiet we didnt even see the smiling from our Sales and Marketing Team I'm not sure if i make a new decision to find another places or job...is that the good idea?? :-(

I know the best for what I want and what I love... Lucky for me..I'm doing what I love, so I always find passion and fight for it.

Dear girl

it is not a good economical situation to change job right now, so better stay where you are

Just keep your options open and explore the possibility of another job if your not happy where you are. Always good to network with others and research vacancies in your industry.

Currently

Do you have a good product to sell?

Do you have a willing market to buy it?

Do you have the tools to sell it?

Are you empowered to do the job you know you can do?

It's a tough time for business, before you look for another job look in to what has gone wrong recently, see if the market has changed because of the economy.

If your going to look for another sales role be careful and don't rush, everyone's business is bad at the moment at least your lucky enough to still have employment.

And finally don't post to much about looking for a new job on the internet you never know who will read it.
