There's been an awful lot of talk about 'isms' and 'phobias' recently. People are quick to think the worst or not to think at all. They are quick to judge without understanding. Quick to condemn without knowledge.

In 2010, try and think more before speaking (or posting). If you don't know about something, learn. If you don't understand, ask someone to explain.

Hope you all have a wonderful, happy and smile filled 2010. To those of you changing jobs, face it with confidence. To those of you moving house (or country) grab every new adventure and opportunity with both hands. To those of you becoming parents, embrace every moment, no matter how frightening.
