Bruce551 1 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share GM had good EV, people liked it, had GM continued development of "Green" cars they probably would have avoided bankruptcy. Thankfully, other companies & individuals didn't give up and today we have many new EV's & Hybrids on the market. Hopefully, Thailand will wake up and start building the necessary electrical support for EV & Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) cars. If want to buy an EV or PHEV in Thailand you will pay more than doubles the standard retail price. Infinitely Stupid policy. Link to comment
Geee 2 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Bruce, reading your journals become a full time occupation for me Indeed, it is a scandal, the big business do not care about the customers or the environment. For cars there is no alternative (small scale car manufacturers), but luckily for food there is: say NO to Nestle, Proctor&Gamble, and all the big corporations, buy small, by local. Link to comment

admin 7 Posted January 29, 2010 Report Share Actually, my friend Chris Paine from way back in the dotcom days is the writer/director of Who Killed the Electric Car. My friend Richard (we got way too wasted in Cabo at a bachelor party) and his wife (Tavin) are the executive producers of the film. Another friend who I've worked on a couple of projects with, Kathy Weiss, was one of the production team as well. Link to comment
