Lift off!

We have lift off of EVA flight BR112 bound for Tai pei and LAX.

Man, it has been a crazy 2 weeks. Dinners, parties, more dinners. Thanks to everyone for making our countdown very special. By the way, never use Translink to ship your stuff. We didn't get much sleep these last 2 weeks and by the day of the shipping I was coming down with a cold. Mai has been pumping me full of meds so I look to be okay byh 12 noon today when we split. I didn't sleep tonight. Too busy packing and trying to get the luggage in under the weight requirement.

Toei and Pla are sending us to the airport and then we will have our last decent bowl of cow-dome before boarding.

Thank you to Espresso and Nok for a fantastic brunch, many people at the birthday bash and people at Tapas for the Farewell.

And this is farewell. Next pics you should see will be in California, the beach, the new vehicle and then,...... THE ROAD TRIP!

By the way, don't use Translink unless you watch them pack and repeated tell them to "take it easy on the paper!" I'll let you know if they break any stuff. Got housing in Athens for six weeks while we locate a domicile of some kind. HEY! And two weddings to attend too from friends in Thailand getting maried in Ohio and Chicago. Who'd a thunk it?!

Wandering Kev- we're on our way! Break out some micro brews for me and lets hit the beach! Be surfing with Dad by mid June!
