Last week I've making a jounal about I learn cooking the bakery on the internet, then I have an idea to cook a homemade bread for my bf, because where we stay is in the middle no where some time bread we bough run out we have to ride a bike abt 10 mins to 7/11 and some time lazy to go. Then today is  a good day not too hot and not rain hehe and perfect time to start my Homemade Bread !!!!

Recipes :

1. Dry Yeast  2 1/4 tea spoon

2. Purpose Flavour 3 cup

3. Sult 1 tea spoon

4. Milk 1/2 cup

5. Butter  1/2 cup

After I follow the construction  mix all up and finnally I finish with this

The look is not perfect but taste is alright hehe.. hope when my bf come back from work these bread will make him  a little surprise

But after serprise I need a promotion hehe nahhhh joking (^v^)

next time for extra crunchy crust, spray some water inside your oven as you put the bread in.
