Cleaner air in Bangkok is possible

There is a HUGE project to turn all buses in Bangkok to battery powered buses, there is already a fleet of 120 of them........... BUT........... due to mafia rules, and government back handers, this hugely expensive project is just sitting around gathering dust even though its pretty much completed, with buses sitting in warehouses.

Beej--That is shameful, my heart goes out to the Khun Thai so frustrating, corruption and mafia stuff. When the solution is at your finger tips and selfish people are blocking progress is just maddening.

A huge amount of problems all over the world are in place due to profits. Once a company makes big profits it tends to hold on and its not just the Mob.
