yes, except it's not him singing on the record; he was a front man, a dancer and very little else (though sad he is dead). The actual singing on the Boney M records was done by the producer Frank Farian, not by Bobby Farrell, so hardly a good musician by any stretch of the imagination...

And he died in St. Petersburg, not in Moscow....
