would guess you can get it as they have an Uisge Beatha there. And even if they don't have Black Label, you will have one of the best choices of malts of any airport!

I am not sure if it is the same airport or not between Delhi and New Delhi but in New Delhi airport Have all kind of alcohol which Johny walker black label was one of them because when we were there my boss he bought one from duty free.
