So "The Sun" is exaggerating as usual! After a few days, rooms for sure will not be at 1 degree Celsius. I can tell about this because I am working abroad, so of course there is no heating in my flat in Vienna. The windows are 35 years old and everything but tight. The lowest temperature I've ever measured when coming home for a stopover or stay even in coldest winters was 7 degrees Celsius.

Maybe the education department should turn off the headmaster and his followers in order to save the students....
