And now, it turns out wearing long pleat skirt is like a new trend in my univ. (Thammasat). I'm not trying to offense anybody, but I'd like to know what you guys think about this word "The length of skirt is like the length of intelligence of the wearer" It was said as a slogan to convince student in my univ. to not wear (too) short skirt...??
