Another thing I like about being here is that the quality of TV program is a lot better than what we get from free Thai tv program. There are many interesting ones - I always taking some time watching the british house of parliament meeting if it happens to be on tv. I am always fascinated by the way they debate, shout at each other or boo other side. It would not happen in Thailand. Channel 4 always have interesting, sometimes, controversial topics.

Altough I still miss Thai TV. My boyfriend sent me link to watch Thai tv online. SO now I can watch Thai soaps (where everybody is good looking, live in big houses and drive fancy cars, unlike old or grumpy looking people who always at the market or their tiny flats here), news, adverts just like being in Thailand. Why didn't he send it to me ealier? Now I only have 2 months left...

yeah.....thai soap opera's really do reveal an awful (sad) lot about the thai psyche.....but then again so do the american "bold and the beautiful" type crap.....
