today i got an email from my best friend from LA that i 've known him over a year and was hanging out together for couple months...He told me, he has been couple times in the hospital for his kidney....And he told me he needs some help now.....and i would love to help him.

I'm guessing a kidney transplant might be what he's talking about. If so, you'll need much more information than what he's told you. And in the Magic Kingdom, all things are possible!

The best thing he can do is enquire through the hospital he has been attending as they all have connections in that area of kidney donors. I would be happy to help him as a donor but he needs someone close to LA. With the population in the USA he won't have any problem finding one.

Last night i have been talking with some of my friends who are studying about medical and science technology, you guys are right, i need to have some more info about him and kidney transplant seems also difficult.....Black market for this....well....how can i find this kind of place??
