I hate my boss doing this!!!! On Friday he sent out an email telling he will take leave since Dec 11-30. He should talk to me about my contract before leaving but he didn't. So I'm not gonna sign anything till he answer my question. Oi! mo-ho!!

Dont sign !! Yeah, you have to wait until he gives you a reply !

The boss is taking 2 weeks off for the holidays, and you can't hold onto the fort until he returns? Guess no holiday for you.......lol

Who would stupidly sign any contract/agreement when you have any question or any doubt? Would you? And he takes leave 3 weeks in case you have problem in calculating. I can't wait that long, it will effect my work performance when I have someting going on in my mind.

I don't like the unclear thing but think again, he'd already tell me if there is anything I should know. But still before have me sign contract which has to be done before year-end, I still believe he should talk to me first.

He's apparently better at taking care of himself than others... like most bosses..

Nah, he got many things to do.. it been 2 months but he still couldn't find a place to stay, I meant if he mind only his business he might got one already but he been busy running around with work. In a week he stay in Thailand 3 or 4 days so we rarely have time to talk. LOL I end up defend him.

I'm sure he will answer me whenever he got my message... I should send him email instead of SMS to Thai number.

My boss came to me starting with his top hit no. 1 word "Sorry for late response....." He gave me a reason which is acceptable and end up saying Enjoy X'Mas..
