Okay ? today let me write about the lighter side of ?laughter?.

1. Did you know that people practice laughter therapy all over India. There are laughter clubs at many places in India and abroad.

2. When you laugh you fortify your subconscious mind with a positive input thereby reliving stress build-up in your body. It is one of the finest anti-stress measures.

3. 15 minutes of laughter in the morning, you will feel fresh throughout the day and your approach towards life changes positively.

4. Laughter therapy improves the blood circulation and oxygen levels to the heart muscles.
